It is my will to live, to have right justice and real freedom for a good, long, honest, happy and healthy life in peace. But in the event of my passing, or that I may become incapacitated and unable to represent my own interests, it is my will that All I am, and All that is mine; i.e. my life, artistic and intellectual works, property, and rights, including, but not limited to any biographies or autobiographies, philosophies, theories, doctrines, decrees, dreams, or revelations, as well as any personal crafts or belongings, personal savings or any other outstanding stakes, claims, inheritance, estates untoward, directly or indirectly mine, are exclusively mine, eternally, to my grave and beyond, to be buried with me 13 ft. deep beneath an ancient Redwood Tree in an unmarked and anonymous location, never claimed, borrowed, handled, managed, altered, modified, reformed, transferred, possessed, bought, sold, owned, nor executed by any other in any capacity whatsoever.
I, Judith Beatrix Kottler, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
